Cube Holdings Limited was established in 2012 with a simple goal: to change the way people live and work across Dhaka. Since then, that goal has grown into a portfolio of residential, duplex, and commercial developments spread across some of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, including Bashundhara, Uttara, Banani, and Jolshiri Abashon. As a leading real estate company in Bangladesh, we’ve built our name on delivering projects that hold up long after the handover.
Every project we take on is guided by the same principle: a home should offer more than four walls; it should offer a way of comfortable living. That belief shapes everything from the materials we choose to the way we plan each layout, always with everyday living in mind.
That same philosophy is what’s helped establish us as a top real estate company in Dhaka. It comes from staying involved at every stage of a project, from the first blueprint to the final handover, and treating each client relationship as a long-term partnership rather than a one-time transaction. As a REHAB member, we hold ourselves to industry standards that go beyond just meeting expectations.
We’re proud to be counted among the trusted names shaping the industry, one of the best real estate developer companies in Bangladesh, building for the long term with better design and more livable cities in mind. Whether it’s a family looking for their first apartment or a landowner exploring a development partnership, our goal stays the same: build something that stands the test of time.
Looking ahead, Cube Holdings Limited remains focused on what got us here in the first place: a genuine commitment to the people who trust us with their homes and investments. As urban living in Dhaka continues to evolve, we aim to create spaces that meet changing lifestyles while staying true to the values that define us. We intend to keep earning that trust, one project at a time.
